1. Intimate immediately
Call the assistance number on your policy certificate. Copy claims@c2ctravelassist.in and care@c2ctravelassist.in with policy number, location and a short incident note. Phone +91 99098 58889 during office hours.
2. Keep this evidence pack
- • Policy certificate and passport copy
- • Tickets / boarding passes
- • Hospital reports and discharge summary
- • Original bills and payment proofs
- • Police FIR for theft / passport loss
- • Photos of damaged baggage where relevant
