What C2C Assist does
- Basic interpretation or translation when you cannot be understood locally.
- Useful with hospitals, police, hotels or transport providers.
- English, Hindi and Gujarati at the desk; other languages arranged where practical.
- This is assistance, not a certified court or medical interpreter service.
Questions
Is this a professional interpreter on site?
No. It is remote, practical language support so the next conversation can happen. Certified interpretation is arranged only if available and agreed separately.
C2C Assist is coordination support from C2C Travel Assist. It does not replace the insurer assistance number on your certificate, embassy services, or local emergency numbers. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Cash benefits, if any, are paid only by the issuing insurer as per policy wording.
