Hospital guidance
C2C Medical Navigator
Finding a suitable hospital in an unfamiliar city is the first practical step after a medical incident. We help you identify options and what to do next.
What C2C Assist does
- Help identifying an appropriate nearby hospital or clinic.
- Plain-language next steps: what to carry, whom to call, what the insurer usually asks for.
- Coordination with the insurer assistance line where a cashless or billed admission may apply.
- C2C does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Questions
Will you choose the hospital for me?
We help you identify suitable nearby facilities. Admission, treatment and cashless eligibility remain with the hospital and the insurer.
Do you pay hospital bills?
No. Bills and cashless authorisation follow the policy wording and the insurer assistance team.
C2C Assist is coordination support from C2C Travel Assist. It does not replace the insurer assistance number on your certificate, embassy services, or local emergency numbers. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Cash benefits, if any, are paid only by the issuing insurer as per policy wording.
