Is a companion physically with my parent abroad?
This is remote coordination plus local help-desk support. An in-person escort would be a separate arrangement, not part of the standard service.
C2C Assist is coordination support from C2C Travel Assist. It does not replace the insurer assistance number on your certificate, embassy services, or local emergency numbers. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Cash benefits, if any, are paid only by the issuing insurer as per policy wording.
