We contact family you name, or contacts already on the proposal, when you cannot speak. We do not publish medical details beyond what is needed to coordinate help.
C2C Assist is coordination support from C2C Travel Assist. It does not replace the insurer assistance number on your certificate, embassy services, or local emergency numbers. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Cash benefits, if any, are paid only by the issuing insurer as per policy wording.
