Is this the same as the insurer helpline?
No. Call the insurer assistance number on your certificate for covered medical emergencies. C2C Emergency Companion sits with you so that number, documents and family updates are not handled alone.
Is this a cash benefit?
No. This is coordination. Any hospital bill or insured benefit is decided only by the issuing insurer.
C2C Assist is coordination support from C2C Travel Assist. It does not replace the insurer assistance number on your certificate, embassy services, or local emergency numbers. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Cash benefits, if any, are paid only by the issuing insurer as per policy wording.
