WhatsApp alert

C2C Travel SOS

A short WhatsApp message is enough to open an SOS file. You do not need to write a long incident report before someone at C2C starts coordinating.

What C2C Assist does

  • Send “SOS – I need help” on WhatsApp to the C2C travel number.
  • Share location, policy number and what you need if you can; if you cannot, we still pick up the thread.
  • The desk then coordinates the next steps — hospital, airline, family or documents.
  • Use local emergency numbers first if you are in immediate danger.

Questions

What should I type?

Start with “SOS – I need help”. Add city, country, policy number and a one-line description if you can.

Is WhatsApp monitored 24×7?

Office hours are published on this site. For life-threatening emergencies always call local emergency services first, then the insurer assistance number, then C2C.

C2C Assist is coordination support from C2C Travel Assist. It does not replace the insurer assistance number on your certificate, embassy services, or local emergency numbers. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Cash benefits, if any, are paid only by the issuing insurer as per policy wording.
